§ 72.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 70.99.

   (B)   Any person receiving a citation for any parking violation in the city shall be deemed to have committed a violation and shall be fined in an amount not less than $20 nor more than $100 for each offense.

   (C)   Any person violating any provisions of §§ 72.13 through 72.15 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $15 nor more than $50 for their first offense and a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $100 for any subsequent offenses.

   (D)   Any violation of § 72.16 hereof shall be fined for the first offense not less than $50 nor more than $150 or for any subsequent violation not less than $100 nor more than $300.
