§ 72.13 PARKING CERTAIN VEHICLES ON CITY STREETS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be illegal for any person to park a motor vehicle, motor home, trailer, boat or other personal property on any streets within the city.
   (B)   The city police is hereby empowered and directed to enforce this subchapter and, to that end, any offending vehicle, motor home, trailer, boat or other personal property illegally parked on any street within the city shall be ticketed by the city police and shall be towed away to a holding lot selected by the city and shall be held in said holding lot until the owner of said property shall redeem said property by paying the towing and storage charges incurred for removing said property from the city streets.
