§ 1024.06 GRADING OF CULVERTS AND DITCHES.

No person shall fill in, cover, regrade or alter the course or grade of any roadside ditch or culvert, or otherwise change the grade of a ditch or other portion of a dedicated street or right-of-way within the Village, without first obtaining permission therefor from the Building Commissioner/Inspector.
