No driveway shall be constructed within the Village after the effective date of this section (Ordinance 6-1965, passed June 8, 1965), unless the grade of such driveway, at its intersection with the street right-of-way line, is a minimum of eight inches above the grade of the centerline of the existing road as paved at the time of construction of such driveway.
