The construction or reconstruction of a driveway from the paved roadway to any private property shall be adequate to carry the loads to which such driveway is subjected. Detailed plans, in duplicate, of the proposed construction or reconstruction will be required, showing lot lines, street curb lines, street inlets and utility structures which may be affected; drainage and sewer lines; and such other information as may be necessary; all of which will be subject to approval by the Building Commissioner/Inspector and the Village Engineer.
