(a) Under authority of Ohio R.C. 4504.171, there is hereby levied in and for the Village a five dollar ($5.00) motor vehicle license tax.
(b) The revenue derived from the tax levied in subsection (a) hereof shall be used for the purposes set forth in Ohio R.C. 4504.171 to supplement the costs and expenses associated with the maintenance of public roadways within the Village. Pending use, such revenues shall be deposited into the Motor Vehicle License Tax Fund of the Village.
