§ 868.17 LICENSE REVOCATION, SUSPENSION OR REFUSAL.
   Any license provided for in this chapter may be revoked, suspended or refused by the Mayor for any of the following causes, in addition to other causes provided for in this chapter and in addition to the penalties provided in this chapter:
   (a)   Misrepresentation or false statement made in obtaining a license;
   (b)   A violation or failure to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter or any regulation or lawful order of the Mayor promulgated or issued pursuant to this chapter;
   (c)   Failure to comply with an order of any Village department having jurisdiction over the subject matter of this chapter;
   (d)   Any misconduct or unlawful act which, under the circumstances, the Mayor deems sufficient to find the applicant or licensee unfit to operate a public vehicle;
   (e)   A finding by the Mayor that the applicant or licensee had, within six months prior to the date of a hearing, operated or caused or permitted to be operated a vehicle on the public streets for compensation without first having obtained a public vehicle license as provided in this chapter; or
   (f)   Any series of violations of any of the provisions of this chapter or of the rules and regulations promulgated hereunder, the accumulation of which results in a finding by the Mayor that the applicant or licensee is an irresponsible or unreliable person regarding compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
