§ 868.16 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to establish rules and regulations necessary for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter. Violation of any such regulation or failure to comply with a lawful order of the Mayor shall be cause for revocation of any license issued under authority of this chapter.
