§ 868.12 PRIVATE CARRYING OF PASSENGERS FOR HIRE.

No operator of any vehicle other than a public vehicle duly licensed under and operating in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, or motor buses operating under proper authority, shall accept or offer to accept passengers for compensation.
