§ 868.08 METHODS OF DETERMINING FARES.

All fares or charges for the use of a taxicab shall be determined by the regular trip rate, the hourly rate or the special trip rate, and by no other method. All fares or charges shall be in conformity with the schedule of fares approved by the Mayor.
