§ 808.13 SEIZURE AND DESTRUCTION OF DEVICES.

If any amusement device is used as a gambling device or is otherwise operated contrary to the provisions of State law or this chapter or any other ordinance of the Village, such device may, at the discretion of the Mayor, be seized and destroyed, as in the case of gaming devices.
