Should any exhibitor violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, it shall be the duty of the Clerk of Council to revoke his or her license. The exhibitor shall be provided notice of the revocation and afforded an opportunity to appeal the revocation to the Village Council within 20 days following receipt of the notice. In the case of the revocation of an exhibitor’s license, the licenses of all devices operated by him or her on his or her premises shall be revoked and such devices removed from the premises within 24 hours thereafter.
