(a) No person owning or having charge of land within the Village shall fail to keep such property free and clear from all noxious weeds, rank vegetation and dead and/or dangerous trees, or fail to cut all such weeds and vegetation on the lots owned or controlled by him or her when such noxious weeds and rank vegetation exceed 12 inches in height.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
