§ 660.15 AIR POLLUTION.
   (a)   No person shall cause or allow to be emitted into the open air any foreign materials such as dust, gases, fumes, mists, vapors, smoke and odors in quantities and in volume and intensity which, by reason of their objectionable nature, are considered a nuisance because they:
      (1)   Injure or have a harmful effect upon the health, safety or welfare of any person or the public;
      (2)   Create disagreeable odors in the atmosphere or annoy the inhabitants of the Village; or
      (3)   Cause damage to property.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
