§ 660.13 POLITICAL AND CIVIC SIGNS.
   (a)   No person shall erect political or civic signs on any public property. Signs, pennants, banners, flags, streamers or other display devices which call attention to political or civic events, issues or occurrences may be erected or installed on private property only with the written consent of the property owner. All such signs shall be removed within fourteen days next following the close of the event or project to which they are related.
   (b)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
