(a) Section 2.09 of the Village Charter authorizes the Village to establish requirements for publication of ordinances and resolutions.
(b) The publication of all ordinances and resolutions shall, unless otherwise provided by law, be published in the following manner:
(1) By posting online on the Village website; and
(2) By posting copies of all such legislation in the following places in the Village:
A. The Woodlawn Municipal Building;
B. The Woodlawn Recreation Center; and
C. The Woodlawn Police Station.
(c) The Clerk of Council shall make all ordinances and resolutions available for viewing or copying at the office of the Clerk of Council.
