The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute mutual-aid contracts between the Village and the various municipalities, townships and fire departments that execute similar contracts providing for the rendering of aid to each other. The form of such mutual-aid contracts is attached to original Ordinance 38-1983, passed September 27, 1983, and is hereby made a part of this section by reference as if fully rewritten herein.
