It is the policy of the Village of Woodlawn, Ohio, to prohibit all forms of illegal discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, and disability or handicap in the competitive bidding and the award of public contracts. By application of this policy of nondiscrimination, the Village of Woodlawn, Ohio, seeks to ensure equal treatment and equal opportunities for economic inclusion of all persons. The Village will not allow itself to become a passive participant in illegal discrimination and will take affirmative steps to ensure that all persons contracting with the Village of Woodlawn, Ohio, comply with its policy of nondiscrimination.
