§ 206.06 CONTENTS OF BIDS GENERALLY.

Bids submitted to the Village shall specifically detail all labor, equipment and materials of every description and all work to be supplied that is necessary to fully complete the construction required in strict conformity with plans, specifications and instructions prepared by the Village Engineer.
