§ 474.10 OPERATION OF MOTORIZED BICYCLES ON PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PROPERTY.

   No person shall operate a motorized bicycle:

   (a)   On sidewalks or park land; or

   (b)   On private property, without the written consent of the legal occupier of such private property unless the operator, a parent or legal guardian owns or legally controls such private property.
