(a) No person shall park or store a bus, commercial tractor, agricultural tractor, semitrailer, load packer, pole trailer, moving van or any vehicle licensed as a truck in excess of one-ton capacity on public or private property in a residential district in the Village.
(b) As used in this section,
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT means any district in the Village defined as a residential district in the Zoning Code.
(c) This section shall not apply to vehicles licensed as trucks up to one-ton capacity and not used for commercial purposes, nor to commercial vehicles on service calls or making deliveries.
