(a) All parking in residential districts shall be on hard-paved areas.
(b) All off-street parking areas in residential districts shall be surfaced with a pavement of bituminous-bound macadam, water-bound macadam, asphaltic concrete, cement concrete, decorative brick pavers or other special paving units.
(c) As used in this section, “residential district” means any district in the Village defined as a residential district in the Zoning Code.
