§ 1472.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, being the owner, agent, or having control of any building or premises, who violates any provision of this chapter, or fails to conform to any provision thereof or fails to obey any order of the Code Enforcement Officer or his or her duly authorized agent, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor of the first degree. However,
   (a)   Whoever is convicted or pleads guilty of a second offense not sooner than twenty days and not later than one year of the same section of this chapter shall be charged with a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (b)   Whoever is convicted or pleads guilty of the third offense not sooner than twenty days and not later than one year of the same section of this chapter shall be charged with a misdemeanor of the third degree.
