Applications for a certificate of rental license shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee in the amount of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per structure or unit, which includes one inspection and one follow-up inspection. Any additional re-inspections shall require an additional fee of fifty dollars ($50.00). In the event that the application for a certificate of rental license is required due to a change in ownership which occurs within twelve months of a previous inspection, the updated license fee shall be reduced to fifty dollars ($50.00).
