Pursuant to R.C. § 731.231, there is hereby adopted the most current edition of the International Property Maintenance Code, as may be amended from time to time by the International Code Council. Each time the International Code Council updates and adopts a new edition of the International Property Maintenance Code, that edition shall automatically be applicable and enforceable in the Village of Woodlawn.
