§ 1442.02 APPEALS.
   Appeals to the Board of Building Appeals may be taken by any person aggrieved, or by any officer or department of the Village affected, by any decision of the Building Commissioner/Inspector, within 30 days after the announcement of the ruling complained of, provided that the appeal is based on one of the following grounds:
   n.   The interpretation or application of a particular provision of this Building and Housing Code is erroneous.
   o.   The strict application of a particular of such Code imposes an undue hardship on the complainant, and a modified application is feasible, whereby the hardship can be relieved without defeating the purpose and intent of the Code.
