There is hereby established by and for the Village a Board of Building Appeals. Such Board shall consist of three members, to be appointed by the Mayor. The members shall be appointed for terms of three years, so arranged that one term will expire each year. Members may be removed by the Mayor at any time. The Board shall adopt, from time to time, such rules and regulations as it deems necessary to carry into effect the provisions of this chapter.
