In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the Hamilton County, Ohio Building Code, as adopted in § 1420.01, and a provision of any other standard technical code adopted by the Village, the stricter standard shall control. In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of such Code and a Village ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation, the Village ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation shall control. In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of such Code and a State law, the State law shall control.
