§ 1280.04 CONDITIONAL PERMITTED USES.

In a GMC Overlay District, the following uses shall be permitted only if specifically authorized by the Planning Commission in accordance with § 1254.08, Conditional Use Permits:

Residential Uses	Public and Semi-Public Uses	Commercial Uses
Nursing home, convalescent home and assisted living facilities	None	Retail showroom accessory to a permitted use
		Convenience retail
		Convenience retail with gasoline sales
		Restaurant
		Financial institution
		Personal services
		Motor vehicle service station and filling station including automated car washes
		Storage warehouses
		Truck transfer terminal
