The following development standards shall apply to lots located within the R-M District:

Minimum lot width at frontage | 50 feet for each dwelling unit directly fronting and parallel to the frontage of the lot |

Minimum side yard setback | 15 feet; 30 feet sum of side yard widths for residential dwellings |
20 feet; 40 feet sum of side yard widths for all other principal uses | |
