The Planning Commission shall establish standards for all street grades and curves. Such standards may be changed at any time by a majority vote of the Commission.
Street grade and curve standards, as established by the Commission, are included in Appendix B following the text of these Subdivision Regulations and shall be complied with in the design and approval of subdivisions.
