(a) After the members of the Economic Development Committee have been appointed, they shall forthwith proceed to select a Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson by a majority vote of the Committee members. Four members of the Committee shall constitute a quorum.

(b) Meetings shall be held on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m.

(c) A member of the Committee may be removed therefrom by a majority vote of the Committee for three consecutive unexcused absences from regular Committee meetings. Any Committee member may be removed from the Committee for good cause by a majority vote of Council. The Committee may promulgate its own rules and regulations, subject to the approval of Council.
