(a) The parks and recreation facilities owned by Woodlawn shall be available for rental according to such policies and fees established by Council from time to time.
(b) Reservations of such facilities shall be made through and approved by the Director of Parks, Recreation and Community Service.
(c) The rental of parks and recreation facilities to groups not residing in the Village shall not take precedence over any activity in the parks or recreation areas being conducted by Village residents or by the Village of Woodlawn.
