§ 1062.03 MOTOR VEHICLES IN PARK AND RECREATION AREAS.
   The use of motor vehicles in parks and recreation areas shall be subject to the following conditions:
   (a)   The speed limit shall be twenty miles per hour through all public park and recreation areas.
   (b)   No person shall repair, wash, wax or do any type of work on a motor vehicle on park or recreation property.
   (c)   The parking of motor vehicles is restricted to park and recreation facility users only, and to areas designated for such parking only. Parking shall be prohibited during hours when park and recreation facilities are closed, unless an approved scheduled event is in progress. Vehicles parked in violation of this rule are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
   (d)   No motor vehicle or motor assisted vehicle, other than service maintenance vehicles or public safety vehicles, shall be operated in a park area not specifically designated or designed for vehicular use.
   (e)   Motorcycle hill climbing or riding on turf or sidewalks is prohibited.
   (f)   Unlicensed motor scooters, go-carts or other such vehicles not subject to motor vehicle licensing by the State are prohibited in public parks.
