§ 1060.02 RESIDENTIAL WASTE; CONTAINERS; TIME OF PLACING WASTE AT CURB.
   (a)   Every householder shall provide himself or herself with proper containers for waste, sufficient in number to store the accumulation of waste between the dates of regular waste collection. No garbage or waste shall be allowed to remain exposed in any building or on any premises a longer time than is necessary to receive and deposit the same in proper waste containers. No person shall place waste at a curb site for collection thereof sooner than 5:00 p.m. on the day before the collection of such waste.
   (b)   Items not classified as waste, such as discarded furniture, rugs, appliances, vehicles or bicycles, will not be picked up in regular garbage pick-up service provided by the Village. Regular garbage pick-up is defined as weekly residential pick- up of waste items. Residents shall be responsible for disposing of such items themselves or may make arrangements in advance with the Administration of the Village to have such items picked up by the Village Service Department. In this event, there shall be a charge made by the Village to the resident for the pre-arranged pick-up. The charge for the pick-up shall be fixed by the Village Administrator in accordance with a schedule of charges for such services, as the Village Administrator from time to time determines. A schedule of current charges shall be available to the public for inspection.
