§ 1026.09 STREET TREE PLANS FOR NEW DEVELOPMENTS.

Any new street developed by a private developer and dedicated to Woodlawn shall have a street tree plan approved by the Board. Alternatively, the developer may permit the Board to develop the street tree plan.
