The voting members of the Board shall serve for terms of two years each or until their successors are appointed. If a vacancy occurs during the term of any voting member, his or her successor shall be appointed for the unexpired portion of the term by the Mayor. The members from Council and the Mayor shall serve on the Board during the continuance of the respective elective offices.
