§ 33.77 REPEAL/TERMINATION.

Sections 33.70 through 33.76 of this subchapter shall be automatically repealed effective January 1, 2031, or upon the adoption of an ordinance by the Woodford County Fiscal Court that imposes a 911 service fee upon real property located within Woodford County, including real property within the cities of Versailles and Midway, whichever event occurs first.
