§ 33.76 FAILURE TO PAY 911 SERVICE FEE.

Failure to pay the 911 service fee imposed by this subchapter by December 31, 2020 and each subsequent year is a civil offense sanctioned in accordance with the penalties adopted by the Woodford County Fiscal Court and enforced by the 911 Board.
