The notice to abate the nuisance issued under this subchapter shall contain:
(A) The name of the owner or occupant;
(B) The location of the nuisance;
(C) A directive to abate or specifics as to what is necessary to remedy the nuisance;
(D) The required time frame allowed for abatement according to § 92.49; and
(E) The penalty for non-compliance within the allotted time.
