§ 92.49 NOTICE TO ABATE.
   Whenever a violation of this subchapter is found to exist, the Woodford County Sheriff or a duly designated representative of the Woodford County Health Department shall give 10 days’ written notice to the owner or occupant of the property upon which said nuisance is found to exist. If the owner or occupant is not available, a written letter or notice to abate within 17 days shall first be sent ot the owner at the address on file in the Woodford County Property Valuation Administrator’s office. If the nuisance is not remedied or abated within the designated time, or if it is apparent that the owner or occupant has made no attempt to remedy or abate the nuisance, the owner or occupant may be cited or charged for a violation of this subchapter by the Woodford County Sheriff or a deputy thereof, or by any authorized local law enforcement official.
