(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
(B) Any owner, occupant or building manager, after being notified of the numbered address requirement as provided by this chapter, who fails to properly display the numbered address as set forth in § 91.01, shall be subject to being cited or summoned to Woodford District Criminal Court, and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. Each day’s continuance, after the owner, occupant or building manager has been notified of the provisions of this subchapter, shall constitute a separate offense, and a separate fine may be imposed therefor. The county shall have discretion to prosecute either the owner, occupant or building manager, under the terms of this provision.
