§ 50.140 CONTROL OF LITTER.
   The county shall regulate litter control in public places, private residences and property, and shall prohibit the following types of littering, including but not limited to throwing of litter from vehicles, removal or sorting from litter receptacles, or throwing of litter near litter receptacles.
