All uses which generate more than a volume of 2 cubic yards (i.e., approximately equivalent to 500 pounds or 1/4 ton or 400 gallons) of solid waste per week shall be required to provide bulk containers for storage as approved by the Director. The containers shall be waterproof, leakproof and shall be covered at all times except when depositing waste therein or removing the contents thereof, and shall meet all requirements as referenced in §§ 50.110 and 50.111.
