§ 50.111 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   As per KRS 224.43-340, effective January l, 2003, “It shall be the duty of the Kentucky State Police, county sheriffs and police officers, solid waste coordinators appointed by a county or waste management district, city police officers, and all other law enforcement and peace officers within their respective jurisdictions, to enforce the criminal littering laws and the provisions of KRS 224.01-100 to 224.01-115.” In addition, “It shall be the duty of officers of the Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources, as provided in KRS 235.010 and KRS Ch. 150, and all other law enforcement and peace officers of the Commonwealth and its political subdivisions and solid waste coordinators to enforce the provisions of KRS 512.070.”
   (B)   The Director shall have the authority to enforce all rules and regulations promulgated under § 50.110 and this section.
