§ 35.06 PRECONDITIONS TO TESTING.

The county shall contract with a National Institute Drug Abuse certified laboratory that has demonstrated experience and capability of quality control, documentation, chain of custody, technical experts and demonstrated proficiency in urine and blood analysis. The county will designate a Medical Review Officer(s) (MRO) to review positive results.
