(A) Upon conviction of a violation of any part of this title, a person shall be fined an amount of not more than $500 for each such violation.
(B) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 70.50 through 70.61 (other than a moving traffic violation) shall be fined in the sum of $25 for the first offense; $50 for a second offense occurring within a calendar year; and $100.00) for each subsequent offense occurring during a calendar year. All fines collected pursuant to §§ 70.50 through 70.61 shall be deposited into the General Fund of the city.
