All golf carts permitted to be operated in day light hours shall only operate during the hours of, one
half hour after sunrise to one half hour before sunset. Golf cart permitted to be operated in nighttime hours shall be equipped with head lights, tail lights, brake lights, blinkers, turn signals, yellow flashing light and a slow moving vehicle sign.
