(EDITOR'S NOTE: See Section 202.99 of the Administration Code for the general Code penalty if no specific penalty is provided.)
A violation of any of the provision of this chapter is a nuisance per se and is immediately enjoinable in the Circuit Court in addition to the penalty provided in Section 202.99 of the Administration Code. Further, any of the above violations is a sufficient basis for revocation of the license and for the immediate enjoining in the Circuit Court of the assembly.
