§ 151.183 LIGHTING.
   (A)   Every rooming unit shall contain not less than two separate floor or wall-type electric convenience outlets, or one such convenience outlet and one ceiling type electric light fixture.
   (B)   Every public hall, stairway, and foyer of a rooming house shall be provided with sufficient lighting fixtures to supply illumination of not less than one foot-candle on every portion of such areas at all times of the day and night.
   (C)   All electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment shall be installed and maintained as provided in §§ 151.145 through 151.149.
